Aman Singh Bakhshi, Founding Partner at Kaarya Law, has considerable experience in litigation, criminal law, constitutional remedies, and public sector advisory.

Aman graduated from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and started his career under the guidance of a sitting judge of the Delhi High Court and afterwards upskilled under a Central Government Standing Counsel, putting a sturdy foundation for his courtroom practice.

He represents clients before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, and numerous Tribunals in cases covering criminal trials, civil disputes, economic offences, consumer litigation, and constitutional law.

He’s well-known for his tactical litigation approach and comfort-focused mindset. He has advised in prominent cases under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, involving cases related to the banning of Zakir Naik’s Islamic Research Foundation and extremist organisations in Manipur.

Aman is involved with the Delhi High Court MIG Legal Aid Society (Criminal Law) and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, managing litigation on behalf of public authorities.
